National soft-skills programs in self-development and writing were great starting points and technical programs are offered from outside providers

My contractual work hours are 8.30am to 5pm. However, I am choosing to come in earlier and finish after 5pm to further my learning as a graduate. Also, my team actually discourages me from working overtime as the firm is very focused on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

There is a massive initiative to go paperless
