It appears to be time based more than anything

We have a whole team dedicated to community involvement. So far I've been involved in volunteering at the Wayside Chapel, Ovarian Cancer fundraisers, footpath library, Children's Cancer Research, Talking to underprivileged high school students and Literacy buddy program

Culture depends on the team that you are in (like other large firms). Mostly people are friendly, approachable and get along with others in the firm (even from different teams).

Great dedication to flexible workplace policies, LGBTI alliance events and momentum (female workplace group)

At an entry level, I undertake research activities and assist the more senior members of the team in preparing documents for matters

They are very accessible and trying to make themselves more so all the time.

Fantastic office! Formal dress code, except for casual Fridays

Be yourself, know your resume, put forward things that are interesting about you ie. your hobbies and interests.

I believe we are paid extremely well and there are good and fair opportunities for bonuses.

Library research training, worksite and word training, time builder. Other programs such as excel, power-point, digital dictation training are offered.

The company is fairly flexible with hours, as long as you are getting the work done and to a high standard. They don't believe in "face time". In particular teams the hours can be very long and involve work the odd weekend, however you are ever the only person in the office and it can be quite enjoyable.
