Training & Personal Development at Cochlear

On starting, there is a great 3 day hands on course to get you acquainted to the business. There are a lot of opportunity for training as you progress, I've been on several PCB and circuit design courses, and even got to do a subject on microelectronic design at university last year.

The graduate program is a really good opportunity for learning and development. However, the internal training platform is dated and not great.

Particularly on the grad program Cochlear provides us with a lot of training including presentation skills, communication workshops, and technical training in my case with Altium.

Training requests are rarely denied and managers encourage training in useful areas.
