What gets me springing out of bed is the knowing that every day will come with a new and exciting challenge.

What has been the most rewarding aspect?

The most rewarding part of my job is that every day I have the opportunity to shape the career of my team members. It might be as simple as a conversation, but that conversation can have an impact on shaping the career of the hundreds of team members who work for us.

What advice would you give other grads?

I think that Coles does a wonderful job of providing a really strong support network for graduates. Using this network to your advantage, and building a strong network of people early on, is the best advice I could give future grads.
