People - great culture. Robust and fast-paced. Given a lot of responsibility as a graduate
Very flexible work. It feels like they are constantly trying to improve for their employees. I feel welcome and supported by my team and personnel.
The pay is competitive, the work is challenging but rewarding and there is plenty of opportunities to leave your mark on the business.
Working in a small team of like-minded people, I am exposed to a vast range of projects, tasks and challenges. Despite being only four months into my graduate program, I already feel a sense of worth amongst my colleagues.
