I work with hundreds of suppliers to create the best range for customers, capitalising on current and upcoming food trends, and ensuring we have competitive prices and constant supply. I also have to do a lot of internal stakeholder management to convince the business to support my category strategy.

Every day is different. Business moves quickly so you must be agile. Lots of new and exciting matters that help me to learn each day.

I have recently moved into a new role which covers different brands within the organisation and I have been given ownership of lots of interesting daily tasks to do with stock and dc management where I am learning a lot.

Analytics and solving issues are the best terms to describe my day to day responsibilities. I am responsible to analyse the fulfillment efficiency and issues that the stores are potentially experiencing on that day. I am also responsible to solve any issues those stores are experiencing.

My role is to help optimize and merchandise our online brands. I help analyse data to make decisions on where content and products should go on the websites and what can be changed for the better online.

I get exposure to a large array of areas but do not have consistent or meaningful work.

I have accountability for an entire region (about 1000 employees) after only 6 months.

As a graduate, you're exposed to many senior leaders and have the opportunity to make a difference. In particular, in Operations - making life easier and more efficient for our store and field teams.

Work is meaningful and i feel like i am contributing day to day.

I have performed many tasks on a project. I have developed into a product/tool SME and work with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into results.

I was quickly given great exposure and responsibility, my current role is fantastic and allows me to work on key strategic projects across the Coles Group to achieve our strategy
