Diversity at Department of the Treasury

Treasury's Progressing Women Initiative has become a core part of the organisation. It aims to address the lack of women in senior positions, for example, by overcoming unconscious biases and updating the performance management framework.

Flexible work is available. The Department runs an inclusivity program designed to make the department more inclusive than it has been in the past.
