Colleagues are from diverse backgrounds. Everyone is friendly and willing to assist each other in day-to-day work.

The senior staff are approachable and supportive, and my colleagues have all been welcoming.

Some people can be hierarchical, but everyone is positive about their role and works well together to achieve results. Groups of colleagues regularly catch up outside of work hours for a drink or meal, and the Social Club Happy Hour is always a good time on pay day.

Very hard working employees who truly care about what we do. However, a healthy balance of fun and work, with casual Fridays and drinks on paydays.

DVA is a small tight knight organization so it is very easy to bump into the senior staff in the lifts or in the corridors, and they will always acknowledge you by name. The department has a great social club which we graduates get to be an active part of, and see regular happy hours, annual trivia nights and balls. The staff is extremely welcoming of graduates, and our teams/supervisors have a very visible vested interest in us doing well, by making sure we get opportunities to engage in high-level tasks, participate in training courses and get exposure to senior stakeholders.

Very siloed and inconsistent which impedes service delivered to the client. However it is an enjoyable place to work and full of very supportive staff. It is very easy to make friends within the Department because everyone is very friendly.
