The grad cohort for 2016 is exactly 50% men and 50% women. The department has special recruitment programs for indigenous graduates. I believe there is good child care/maternity leave services but unsure. Retention is high.

Good culture that is accepting of LGBT and ethnic diversities. I have seen and experienced this first hand. They previously ran an indigenous cadetship program and employ indigenous graduates. I believe the Cadetship program has been replaced with an indigenous apprenticeship program.
