The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, aspirational and driven Graduate who wants to cultivate and grow their career. Whilst working as a Graduate Sales Representative, you will be supported through our Graduate Program to grow and develop your leadership capabilities.

Working across the Southern Brisbane area, you will build strong relationships; add value and influence through your consultative selling style and provide exceptional customer service.  As one of our Graduate Sales Representative you will also:

  • Meet with customers, drive sales opportunities and be the face of the brand;
  • Build trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating sound brand and product knowledge;
  • Manage your time effectively and plan ahead to maintain your customer visit and call cycles.

What you will bring and develop

A motivated go-getter, you will have worked hard for your degree and will have achieved a Credit average or above.

You will have a hunger for growth and development and have demonstrable leadership qualities and experience. With a desire to grow, learn and develop, you will be a real team player and confident in sharing your own ideas but also taking on board the feedback and ideas of those around you.

Our successful candidate will also demonstrate;

  • The confidence and desire to get out into the field and learn all parts of our business
  • Hunger to continue learning and growing within a sales environment
  • Genuine desire to learn and understand our business from the ground up
  • Strong leadership qualities and confidence to interact with people of all backgrounds

Please note, our successful candidate MUST have permanent working rights within Australia and present an academic transcript demonstrating a Credit average or above
