Managers make themselves approachable and make an effort to get the most out of employees.

I feel comfortable talking to all managers within my SBU. I communicate with these managers on a daily basis and they are very approachable.

My line manager is great and I'm encouraged to seek formal and informal mentors internally and externally. We have a whole site meeting bi-monthly where you are given the opportunity to hear from a senior executive and get an overview of what is happening in the business. Performance feedback is managed formally at a mid-year and end of year review and informally you can seek feedback at any time. In the grad program we are taught how to elicit constructive feedback from people.

All managers (even senior managers) are extremely accessible to all employees, including grads. There is little separation between employees at different stages, and you will work closely with very experienced people regularly. Communication is very open, and constructive feedback is given freely.
