Prepare by knowing why you really want the job. Why you are passionate about your chosen field and cover all key background about the company including its locations, history and businesses (to show you have done your homework and demonstrate genuine interest).

I would research online the most common questions that are likely to arise for your job title. I would take the time to understand the values and behaviours required for DuluxGroup and make sure you are a good fit. I would also come prepared with questions to ask the interviewer.

Come in showing exactly how prepared you are, have examples of work you've done (I displayed a video, ppt etc. all on an iPad so that I could show them examples of my work), do research the company and check out the people who are interviewing you on LinkedIn, the more you can show you've looked into the company, the position and your line manager the more serious and prepared you look.

Do some background research on the company. Know it's brand's, values, financials, and current focus (e.g. financial result from last year, new paint factory being built etc.). Also be prepared with examples of situations where have demonstrated the company's values in previous work or study.
