Bonuses awarded to high achievers at graduate level and pay is competitive
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2017
Pay at my company is very good and above average.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 31 Oct 2017
Decent starting pay for a grad, with opportunity to climb very high (however this will be slow for the first few years).
Graduate, Clayton - 30 Oct 2017
Currently I am on graduate salary. Due to this I feel I put in a lot more hours than what I am paid for however I do love my job and I know the opportunities that will arise.
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Oct 2017
I feel I am paid well for what I do, your work is reviewed annually and the opportunity to receive a pay rise is spoken about at review time (no lump sum bonus available for my particular role). Expectations are well documented and managed throughout the year and most people go into their review knowing whether they will receive a bonus or not for their work. Other awards and incentives are offered for exceptional work in your division (e.g. marketing professional of the year award) and for living out the business values.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Rewarded by managers with small tokens of appreciation if you work hard

Free tickets and vouchers when you are recognised to have put in extra effort and got results.

If you have private health cover, they cover the gap in your insurance up to $1000 annually.

Depending on your role, you may be required to relocate for a temporary rotation (between 3 - 12 months). If so, the company will cover all of your relocation costs and your rent during this period.
