From stakeholder/client management to resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and risk and issues management, it is important to maintain an overarching view and balance of these constraints in order to allow a successful outcome to be achieved. This role has provided the flexibility to tailor the project in a way that best suits me and has also equipped me with skills and lessons that can be applied to everyday life.
