I don't really have any experience in this, but it seems reasonable.

We do charities. I have personally been involved in and volunteered at, on behalf of the company, a charity event called Half The Sky to raise money for orphans in China.

The culture is good - people are very open and helpful which creates a very nice environment. The managers are always open and supportive, regardless of their position. The culture outside of office hours is also great with lots of events - Friday night drinks, Social Club events, Footy Day morning tea etc.

Very diverse - there are lots of different support groups and groups in general that you can be part of

The day to day responsibilities keeps changing as an Associate Consultant depending on what project you are working on. And that's what keeps this job so rewarding and interesting! My current role involves helping set up a new division, while my last project was based on project management work - so very different and it allows me to gain experiences and skills in various areas.

Managers are always open to discuss things with you and they are very good mentors that support all the graduates. The feedback/praise and recognition that we receive is incredible and very valuable

The office space is open plan, and is well set up. The location is quite good, close to the Melbourne CBD but not in it. The dress code is usually business casual unless you are meeting a client. And there is a casual Friday.

Two assessments, one on personality and one on analytical and logical ability. One interview lasted for around 45 minutes.

The salary is generous in my opinion. Bonuses are rewarded to sales teams based on performance, which seems reasonable.

The formal training has been mixed. The face to face training has been good, but online training has been ordinary. The on the job learning has been good, and it has allowed me to learn managerial skills, as well as general business analysis.

I usually work around 7.5-8 hour per day (excluding lunch) but this fluctuates based on how busy a bid is. The company is very flexible, you just need to ensure that you meet your responsibilities and the contracted hours per week.

I don't have great experience in this area, but there is a strong push to reduce the amount of printing that we do.
