The company culture is supportive and inclusive. The culture allows people to learn and opens up opportunities for them.

Open, friendly, welcoming

Easy to approach anyone in the company including leadership team. High level managers frequently share a beer/coffee and a chat with even a grad. Teams go out frequently after work to socialise. Diversity of all types (gender , age, sexual orientation and skills)is valued greatly which makes the workforce strong. Most colleagues are excellent team players.

I find the culture very good and I feel it's a great environment to work in.

Simple answer to this, team mates are like family. They support each other greatly, always look out for each member and the projects as a whole. They treat projects like their own homes, any risk to the projects are taken action on as quickly and seriously as possible. Very professional and yet comfortable work environment.

Everyone in the company is very respectful of each other but also able to have a laugh with one another and create a happy workplace. Most of the work is made of small teams of about 5-6 people that you work with on a project and then you are a part of a much larger program team. Amongst the graduates, it is a very tight group who will hang out with each other outside of work. Mid-level to upper level management are also very inclusive at inviting people to come to events and hang out.

A general words to describe the office culture is open planet. Everyone is working in an open workspace and you can directly talk to anyone you want only if he/she is sitting in front of his/her desk. Cooperative working with colleagues remotely are convenient via video conferencing.

Some uncertainty about company restructure

Our company strives to create a good culture, however this culture is mainly driven through the employees themselves. After hours culture does not typically exist unless the employees themselves arrange a social gathering. The company is described a flat-management style however there is a fair bit of hierarchy present. Teamwork is of utmost importance to the company however cross-project cooperation is minimal and there is a fair bit of competition between projects. Colleagues are very social however this remains predominantly within their teams and does not transcend to the whole office or organisation.

Most people are approachable and helpful.

The teams work really hard to cover all of the work and not let each other down.

Laid back and relaxed. No real structure

Very friendly and relaxed culture, that values work/life balance, and health. Hours are flexible, as is working location. Working from home is an option. Social activities after hours are common.

Professional and customer driven, diverse, inclusive.

Occasional social events, great cooperation and teamwork, it's like working with good friends. Being in the grad program with other grads is a great experience.
