Currently, wake up and do health checks on cloud infrastructure before heading into office, arrive and find what faults exist and need tending to, fix issues, update the documentation.

Went through several rotations with various duties. Currently working on automating business processes.

After software updates are installed into the network, I perform tests to make sure that the software is working and if it isn't then I troubleshoot to work out what is wrong and then fix it.

My current role is operations support in a managed service team for NBN. My responsibilities are reporting for operation performance of NBN fixed wireless and satellite network against agreed service level, specifically, KPI metrics.

My role involves the integration, configuration and upgrades of customer IT systems to support the overall network. This includes the preparation of customer documentation, test strategies and procedure documents to be used in these activities.

My role is to report operations performance to our customer and to drive improvements when metrics fall off-track

In my first project, I built a database for a transformation project. It was a great experience as I was on the front line of a cutting edge project. Creating the database helped me to get a comprehensive understanding of what is required to help a company to transition between two technology platforms

I am a leader amongst other off-shore engineers. My day to day activities revolve around acting as a technical-responsible lead for major Australian Telco customers as well as acting as coordinator/leader for my remote team

I run projects which have a real impact on the telecommunication networks that many people use.
