We are currently seeking a high-calibre individual to join our Recruitment Team to source and assess recent university graduates for FDM's unique Careers Program.
 
You will be working within a motivated and sociable team and must be able to demonstrate good teamwork. Having impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, you will also be self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.

What does a Graduate Recruiter do? 

Our team helps thousands of graduates bridge the gap between university and the perfect career each year. We work with students still studying, recent graduates and graduates who haven't found the right place to launch their career yet. You will cover the end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting candidates to on boarding them. You will engage, prepare and guide graduates to get on the career ladder and achieve a huge career milestone.

Day-to-Day

  • Full recruitment cycle from attraction to hire
  • Building candidate relationships and providing excellent candidate care
  • Sourcing, emailing and arranging meetings with prospective candidates
  • Organising and running networking events
  • Learning the FDM Model and key USPs to build successful candidate relationships
  • Liaising with other areas of the business including the academy, business development managers and sales managers
  • Arrange and facilitate assessment centres
  • Attend seasonal university events
  • Deliver presentations and workshops to group of students and graduates
  • Co-ordinate recruitment and attraction events
  • Providing support to our in-house trainees throughout their graduate programme experience

Essential criteria

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
