Will need to wait and see an annual review. Company provides detailed career development guides to assist with knowing where you are and where you need to be for promotion.

There is a clear careers guide which illustrates what is expected of people at each level. I am yet to attend a performance appraisal to know how promotions work in practice. I hope appraisals are achievable.
