There is a lot of inclusion and some of the higher positions have a good mix of women, minorities and LGBT individuals. Parental leave is industry leading.

This is a real focus at the firm, and they have multiple initiatives in place. they have dedicated groups for e.g. LGBT and regularly promote diversity. We have a very diverse group of people working at the firm, especially due to secondments. Sometimes I feel like the remnants of sexism are still there but it's extremely subtle.

A number of firm-wide initiatives regarding diversity in the workplace; GT regularly holds events and fundraisers and recently won an award for their efforts with diversity.

A lot of woman in audit division & management but not at partner level, less ethnic diversity can't say if it's from a lack of trying. LGBT support is highly prioritised. Very support of maternity leave (from my male perspective), flexible work arrangements available post pregnancy.

They have multiple programs that they run to encourage diversity within the office space

Encourage and empower women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. GT has a longer maternity leave policy which is quite good.

Seems to be more advertising about diversity rather than implementation

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Very Little, empathise on intern programs & charitable history naturally selects high income. I was the only public student from graduate intake and I am still quite privileged. Massive area for improvement.

No idea, but they do have allegiance to certain programs that encourage diversity.
