Are you a commercially sharp graduate who wants to help people do more, feel better & live longer? Want to solve some of the world's biggest healthcare challenges? We're looking for Future Leaders to join our Commercial Management team based in our Pharmaceuticals business!

We're working to make our products accessible to more people, no matter where they live in the world or what they can afford to pay. Our commercial teams play a big part in this by understanding our patients, consumers and customers, and developing innovative strategies. Through a series of challenging rotations, you'll develop a range of essential business skills, while building a deep understanding of the healthcare field.

Develop your leadership potential through our Future Leaders Program:

If you're a graduate with the talent and ambition to lead others, we'll help you develop the expertise to become one of our Future Leaders.

Over three years, our Future Leaders Program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You'll have three to four stretching rotations that will give you a breadth of experience across the core areas of the commercial business. These rotations cover sales, marketing and a third area which could be outside of commercial functions or Pharmaceuticals. This way, you gain a broad and fascinating insight into the entire business. As you improve your commercial management skills, you'll build your leadership potential through a combination of mentoring and on-the-job training.

You'll be excited by the thought of:

  • building your scientific knowledge, business sense and customer relationship skills on a tailored development program
  • representing our products to healthcare professionals
  • delivering projects in commercial functions such as sales, marketing operations or analytics
  • learning how to prioritise and manage multiple projects, objectives and deadlines
  • growing your marketing, sales, project and customer management skills
  • shaping your own development and choosing courses in line with your needs and interests

You'll need:

  • To be able to commit to a January 2020 start date
  • To be a motivated and proactive graduate with a talent for solving problems
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Self-discipline and drive
  • Resilience and the ability to adapt to change
