This is a great opportunity for an IBL to learn and gain in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance and manufacturing processes as well as, learn about the rules and regulations which are required to manufacture high quality products consistently in a stringently regulated environment.

The position will be:

A hands-on role and will be involved in projects across the QA environment. The role will offer exposure to compliance related activities such as audits, safety assessments, EHS and Quality risk assessments. It will provide experience in the management of change control and CAPA activities. Also involvement in problem solving and root cause analyses resulting from operational issues. The opportunity also exists to be involved in equipment validation protocol and report writing as well as the execution of validations. The role will provide great experience in learning how to manage day to day quality issues and will provide understanding of the operational processes as well as meeting the business expectations. Every day is something new and different.

The IBL-Quality Assurance Associate will often be required to work cross functionally with other teams such as Operations, Technical and Operational Quality.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • You must be in your penultimate/final year of a Bachelor degree in Science or related field
  • Initiative and an eagerness to learn
  • Excellent project management, to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing projects
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn (quickly)
  • Ability to quickly build strong internal & external networks
  • Support change and innovation
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
