As a Quality Assurance IBL, you will be provided with a broad learning experience of the complete Quality Assurance Function in the Commercial business and Consumer Healthcare Industry.
Within the Quality Function, you will be exposed to the key areas such as; Commercial Quality, Consumer Complaints, Product Release, Repacking, Product incidents and issues; Third Party management, Deviation management, Change Control and related activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of effective Quality Management System to ensure that local operations are in full compliance with GSK standards and policies
  • Maintain all quality documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of all metrics and performance updates, i.e. Quality Council meetings and monthly KPI reports
  • Assist the LOC Quality Team with product issues, incidents and investigations
  • Support Consumer Complaints Quality Executive with the follow up on investigation reports from sites and drafting a consumer response as required
  • Support the Quality Team in setting up meetings, taking minutes of Quality team meetings and issue minutes to attendees as well as the filing of the documentation

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • You must be in your penultimate or final year of a Science related or Engineering Bachelors Degree
  • An interest in pursuing a career in the consumer healthcare is favourable
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team work and people management skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong general computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • A strong sense of ethics and doing the right thing

    • The role was sometimes too repetitive.

    • The work itself wasn't aligned to my work goals and career aspirations, possibly the job description wasn't accurate when I applied.
