Most of us have a really good work life balance. It is an accepting culture and instead of just managing conflicts the company is active in training its employees in better peer to peer relations and cooperation.

The office culture is very team orientated. Everyone works together to keep the project on track. The team structure is such that you can talk to the leaders as required in a friendly environment. Out of the office most are friends and interact. Various engagement events are used to help socialise the teams.

The structure is a matrix style structure where there is a single manager who evaluates your performance across your goals but multiple project managers you receive tasks from. The team is very friendly and push you to work hard. They also host regular branch breakfasts followed by some team building as well.

Teamwork is a bit lacking, everyone for themselves.
