The current situation is a bit cramped due to the need for certain facilities for a large project. Dress code is a business dress but without full suit jackets and smart casual Fridays

The interview process was very good and the HR team was always willing to help. Questions regarding my education, what I was expecting out of the job and how my skills would be useful to this specific role and the future of the company. Research about the company. Look up the definition of your role and see what the company expects people in this role to do. Also, be prepared to answer a lot of general questions about your university experience and try to link how you can use what you learned at uni to be good at the job.

Pay is good but offsets slightly by work hours

I've picked some good soft skills with respect to the graduate trainings that they have hosted. I've also picked some technical skills in relation to my ICT role.
