It takes dedication and hard work to move up the ranks, you have to earn it but Hood Sweeney will always reward those who work hard.
I work as a graduate accountant so I have tasks given to be my director, I have recently started preparing tax returns and financial statements for a mid size company. I also complete some bookkeeping tasks every week.
They are VERY accessible, this is one of the things I love most about Hood Sweeney. They are always willing to take time out of their busy days to help you out and see if you're on the right track. They are constantly offering feedback and tips on where to improve.
