Recently my company added a new value called "inclusiveness". Culture seems to be more inclusive this year. E.g. everyone gets asked if they want to go on a coffee run instead of only a select group of people.

The company is connected to the Bravery Trust and sponsors it regularly with clothing drives and funding. They also contributed to the bushfire appeals, as did the parent company in America. Employees are also given a day of paid volunteer work per year.
