When I arrived we had 1 woman in the team I work with and now there are 4. I do believe they are trying but I'm not sure if they are trying hard enough. I don't think we are very ethnically diverse because only people who are Australian can get defence clearance so it's unlikely that they would hire many people from different backgrounds.
