There were inital assessments, which were a little challenging. They definitely made you think, but nothing to be worried about. Then a phone interview that was very relaxed, although I was nervous, the interviewer was so lovely and understanding. Thoroughly research the company and some of the different projects it is involved in. Be confident in your ability and don't be scared if you don't know the languages that they code in or anything else like that. At the end of the day it's about hiring you as a person and training you up rather than expecting you know everything from day one.
