Training is supported if you bring courses to your managers. Also get offered extra training at points.

Induction provided, and they pay for courses throughout the year

Educational training, online training and a lot of face to face training. Particularly for the graduate program. They have really invested in us and our future here.

Formal training sessions with propriety systems and commonly used technologies.

The most important thing is you are given the time you feel you need.

Formal Ivanti training - learnt how to use the Ivanti suite of programs. Informal ServiceNow and ticketing training. Learnt how to respond to support tickets. All effective training that enabled me to perform my job better.

Training Program was thoughout but a bit boring. Tech Stack learning was more self learning but I preferred that.

Induction is very good insight into what working at the company will be like. Formal training is quite tedious to go through, but hands on training is fun

Did front-end development in TypeScript and React. Main skills I've picked up are the aforementioned technologies plus Git, JetBrains IDEs (Webstorm, IntelliJ, PyCharm, etc.), practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Training is both online and in person.

They do pretty well with casual programs to share knowledge

The training is quite boring, as with most training. But that only lasts the first week or so. I have learnt a lot about security I have never known before.

It was okay, nothing too bad but nothing too look though.

Training could be a little more proactive, the onus is very much on the employee to find relevant and available training. Internal training is soft skills focused which is not so useful for non customer-facing work such as the Software Engineering I do.
