They implement flexitime, and so reasonably flexible
Intern, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2020
Work hours are very flexible and help me achieve a work/life balance. We only need to be in the office between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Otherwise the hours are flexible. Alternatively, we employees could work on an RDO arrangement. This means they must work 8 hours instead of 7.6 hours to build up. Once they work enough days overtime, employees can take a rostered day off.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2020
Very flexible, only requiring the core hours of 10am-4pm

Usual hours are 38 per week (lunch time excluded). There is also the option to work 40 hours per week and have an extra day off per month. Start and end times are flexible depending on team requirements, as long as you complete your required weekly hours.

I asked to do a part time internship (4 days) and they were happy to allow me to do this. We can work whenever we like so long as we get all of our hours done for the week so I find it really really great.
