Pay is evaluated yearly, but I haven't been through a proper evaluation period yet so don't know if the amount goes up much.

Unsure what pay rise can be expected upon a promotion, however within a normal year, pay increase is between 0 - 5% pa. Pay for graduates is pretty decent - on par with DoD and other Defence Contractors. No bonuses available as far as I'm aware.

On an industry wide scale for Software engineers, Lockheed is in the lower half which is hard to understand considering the extra burden of undergoing security clearance and also the size and revenue of the company.

Great corporate healthcare and super plans, if you require work related expenses they can generally all be accommodated, a long list of possible perks for employees, but these might not be Australian, some are US perks.
