There is a clear career path in the company with goals and expectations for each level. The more junior positions focuses on learning and taking on responsibility, and the more senior positions shifts to refining those skills and focusing on Business Development to bring in work

The social aspect of the firm is very good with many events being held to encourage relationship building. The partners and senior staff are always very approachable and friendly.

The company is very supportive of all people and does never discriminates against gender, race, beliefs or other attributes. There is a balanced work force and is very transparent on company action. Assists indigenous communities in the Northern Territory in education and community development.

Great space with a lot of communal working and social spaces. Dress code is formal but not strict

The hiring process involved a few phases. An online application was followed by a series of online assessments, a video interview and a group networking session.
