The MinterEllison Graduate and Clerkship Launch program

The MinterEllison graduate and clerkship launch program is critical to our firm for three reasons. Firstly, the market has changed; companies don't recognise borders the same way they used to, neither should your career. Secondly, we know that Graduates entering the job market today have unique career expectations - and we have listened. Lastly, the future of legal practice is moving very quickly and we need to be agile to ensure we continue to grow as a firm and that our talented people are able to future-proof their career.

The Game has changed

We have fundamentally changed our graduate recruitment process.

We offer penultimate university students a graduate role beginning with a 10-week launch program from December – February 2020 and casual paralegal work in their final year at university.

Prior to the launch program we will work closely with you to identify areas of the law that you are passionate about.  Throughout the launch program we will ensure you gain experience in practice areas within our Lines of Business that match your interests and that fit with your career goals.

Throughout our launch program you will get the opportunity to:
