Optus is incredibly flexible! As with any job, the needs of the business are taken into consideration especially around the busy times of year. I have been able to work from home and offsite regularly.

Very, very flexible. I work from 9 to 5 normally but sometimes on Friday we finish early at 4. We have the chance to work from home if need be there are many leave options given allowing me to be flexible with my schedule.

Mostly 9-5. There are times when we have to stay back, or answer emails outside of working hours, but that is acceptable given the context and scenario.

I work anywhere from 6-10 hours, this is dependent on workload, when there is no work I can work from home or work shorter hours, when there is work then I have to stay back or go home and work from home.

Optus is very flexible when it comes to hours, work from home is common and if you ever need to leave early its all fine. Sick leave is not capped either

Optus 'core business hours' are 7am-7pm and a day's work equates to 7.6 hours. I generally arrive anywhere between 8:20 and 8:40 and leave at 5. I usually have an hour for lunch where I meet up with the other graduates. It really depends on your team as to what hours they expect you to be there and how flexible this can be.

Optus provide the option (where appropriate) to work from home. The hours vary based on team and activity going on in the business, but a typical day for me starts at 8am and finishes between 6pm and 7pm.
