Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The campus is spot on. I love it, feels like university more than a work place, very bright and very lively, restaurants on campus, convenience store too! Dress code, standard formal attire mon-thurs, casual on Friday, but Optus is really lenient with dress code as long as it's deemed appropriate in front of external stakeholders.

OCS is an amazing campus to work in. It contains all the facilities you need at a workplace and is located close to lines of transportation. Dress code is mostly smart casual but I've seen instances of super casual to super formal.

Dress code varies by team but is generally casual - smart casual. Only client engaging rolls require business attire.

Facilities are excellent, the campus is great with bars and restaurants, dress code is flexible and Yes Wear policy means you can wear anything you'd like so long as it would let you into an rsl club

Great office or campus as we call it. It's like a university campus with plenty of outdoor space as well as remote desk tops in a few of the levels. The consumer side of the business has a relaxed vibe and dress code. Whilst our corporate area of the business has a corporate dress code. Only downside for me is the location not being in the CBD

Office space is quite open with half height partitions - no one has a room, no full height cubicles. There is a shift towards hot desking where appropriate. Overall good facilities, many events on site, good variety of food options.

Optus Campus is a great workplace - wide, open and spacious with a modern design. Dress code is relaxed - business Monday-Thursday, casual Friday

All offices are open plan, even the VP. Optus has just recently installed active work spaces (hot desking) so some teams do not have individual desks, but have lockers they keep their belongings in and sit at a different desk each day. The aim of this is to increase networking among teams. There are some standing desks available, but not many from what I understand. There are a lot of different meeting rooms, including standing rooms, and video conferencing rooms. We have 6 buildings, levels G-4 and each level of each building has 3-4 kitchen areas, plenty of toilets, showers, vending machines. There is a gym and basketball court on site, and a couple of atms. There's also a convenience store and a bi-weekly fruit market. Dress code is smart-casual. I haven't worn a suit since my first week.

The open plan space and very inviting campus are all well designed and do not interfere with work. Dress code is very flexible.

Dress code depends on your area. Mine is neat business but every Friday is casual dress. Office space is open plan with heaps of meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. It's located in a business hub of Sydney near a large shopping centre. There are many food vendors on ground floor surrounding a well maintained garden and pond areas. Toilets are easily accessible and everything needed is in easy reach.

Location is a bit far for some people but its nice having a campus over a building. Dress code is super casual and comfortable. facilities are good including areas with standing desks, quiet rooms etc.

Great office space and facilities. Awful location in Macquarie Park. Very relaxed dress code. You can wear jeans when you want.
