I like that there is regular training at different intervals during your time here. It adds to all the on the job training you get.

The training provided is less satisfactory than expected - especially given the amount that it is spruiked. General consulting training is widely available but technical training outside of professional accreditation occurs on an ad-hoc basis. Various skills mostly around consulting soft-skills. Small amount of skill increase in data analytics and forensic accounting approaches.

I have had prior experience working as an intern at 2 firms. PwC's training is much superior, organised and well established. Training on audit skills as well as industry changes and soft skills are provided. The entire company constantly works to improve itself

The initial induction is good when I completed the internship; however, I started part-time shortly after and there was no induction process as a part-timer or grad when I transitioned to grad. I also wasn't welcomed as a new grad when the transition occurred. The advisory team also does not have any formal training procedures so all training is on the job. This has made catching up to speed on a number of topics challenging.

Firm wide soft skill development is alright. Team technical training sessions also which are great.

The training programs included two weeks of consulting training as a graduate and have assisted with general consulting skills and there have been half day training programs that instruct how to ask for feedback as well as creating constructive conversations.

I went through basic consulting on-boarding training which gave you need-to-know insight on general necessary skill. Most of the training is done via shadowing and working on projects.

there is individual team training, graduate training, training that encourages us to run, as well as the whole of corporate tax training. There might be too much training at times.

Excellent and well structured training process.

Formal training was not productive. On the job training has been of greater value to me.

The formal training has room for improvement, however, the informal training that takes place during a regular workday, is incredible.

Some formal training is in place, but it is hard to actually obtain. Informal coaching and shadowing is rare due to staff being overworked.

Very satisfied as we are invested in heavily through training on the job and in training courses held internally.

Not that much formal training yet, but informal has been great, as everyone in the team is always willing to put aside time to train you.

The informal training you receive while working is great but the formal training lacking and needs to be improved to help employees before they enter the workforce that they are ready.
