Resume / Cover Letter Phone screen Assessment centre with teamwork role play, interview and case study All the processes were quite seamless. Assessment centre day was extremely welcoming and friendly versed others that are just about structure.

Applied online through external recruiting website, had phone screen, then 2 rounds of interviews (1. related to my CV and 2. presentation of business scenario).

There was a number of steps in the recruitment process including, the online application, at home assessments, phone interviews and an assessment center at the office. The process is obviously a bit daunting at first, but once you get into it it's fine and very achievable.

Be prepared for questions, be yourself and try not being extremely nervous.

Research the company - their values etc. to demonstrate your interest in the company as well as the specific role.

My tips would be to save the company's number in your phone so that if they call you ack it doesn't catch you by surprise. I would also recommend arriving at the Assessment center early so that you aren't flustered when you arrive.

Make sure they know about their past experiences. Also prepare to answer questions using the STAR format.
