Many opportunities for promotions. You can work with your manager to ensure you fill all the skill gaps that you made the need for the role you want to apply for next.
Culture is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and inclusive. In-office hours they all work very strongly as a team and support each other to get the work done. The managers are very helpful and want to help you grow and develop. Outside of work hours, a lot of the teams are very social and will have monthly drinks and organise events such as Obstacle races and runs.
Managers are always available whether that be face to face or via phone and email. They are more than happy to help you develop and grow. They want to see you achieve your priorities for the year so will help you get there.
Great offices, with kitchens, showers and a gym (at the Sydney office). Sanofi has implemented dress for your day, so you are able to wear whatever you feel appropriate for what you have for the day ahead.
Hiring process is quite extensive, but this is because they want to ensure they are hiring the best candidates and seeing the full picture of each person.
Training programmes are extensive and there is opportunities to do a couple of external short courses per year if there is a skill you want to pick up.
