Salary at Sanofi Australia & New Zealand

Average. Benefits are very standard and catered towards people with family. Nothing that benefits graduates and younger professionals. No bonuses and salary increase in the second year although they promised salary renegotiation.

I have heard that Sanofi is below industry pay, but I feel I have been well looked after so at this stage, it is not of concern to me.

As a first job, I am satisfied with my pay. Although being a graduate we are not eligible for bonuses

Car allowance (for head office too) which gets added to the base salary. It's across the industry, but I think it's a luxury when we stay in hotels for strategy meetings & conferences etc.
