Pay is decent. Bonus was lower than expected but we'll see how next year goes.

I don't know how my bonus was calculated. I also had an issue with pay, don't think it was dealt with well.

I feel fairly paid and there are changes to make it more distributed to ensure everyone is paid fairly, which I strongly support.

The pay is fair and reasonable, and having a bonus is a nice benefit.
