A Sales Graduate position at TechnologyOne is your opportunity to become a future sales leader in a global business.
As a graduate commencing in February 2019, you'll rotate through a number of teams in our Sales & Marketing group including:
- Sales Operations
- Lead Generation
- New Business
- Account Management
- Industry Marketing
- Pre-sales
We want you to succeed, so we set you up with:
- The right mix of training amongst our sales and marketing business streams
- Coaching and support from mentors with a wealth of experience in selling enterprise software

- A recent degree or post-graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce or similar

Pros
Doing work that I enjoy.
The people and the culture they have fostered.
Great office culture. Interesting work as a developer.
The culture: the working atmosphere is great, and the people are great too.
The rapid and constant growth of both the company and the software.
Cons
Constantly understaffed teams and departments make it difficult to get things done. Everyone is stressed, very busy and under pressure.
I have not experienced anything 'bad' at my company. Any issues that I have had are part and parcel to working in the professional arena
Legacy is a big issue. Enterprise can also be quite slow-moving compared to smaller companies.
I do not have a clear career progression. No one has talked to me about how I move up in the company.
It's not easy to keep up with said changes all the time.
