You’ll be part of Australia’s largest software R&D centre to create simple solutions for our customers. The TechnologyOne Graduate Consultant program provides you with skills to become a product expert in our software. You would be learning how organisations operate, listening to their problems and providing a software solution that improves the way they run their organisations.

Not only will you be a product expert in 12 months, you’ll also learn from and work with other experts in an industry leading software company that offers end-to-end service from development, sale, implementation and support. Be part of something great!

You’ll also get to travel around Australia and potentially further engaging with some amazing clients in a variety of organisations.

Your talents...

  • A recent degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting and Business (or related degrees)
  • Great listeners and communicators – you know how to talk tech to non-technical people
  • Awesome time managers who can solve problems and use good judgement when facilitating conversations
  • A great attitude and hunger for learning
  • Experience in a customer service environment (e.g. retail or hospitality)
  • You will be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident

Pros and cons of working at TechnologyOne AU

Pros

  • Doing work that I enjoy.

  • The people and the culture they have fostered.

  • Great office culture. Interesting work as a developer.

  • The culture: the working atmosphere is great, and the people are great too.

  • The rapid and constant growth of both the company and the software.

Cons

    • Constantly understaffed teams and departments make it difficult to get things done. Everyone is stressed, very busy and under pressure.

    • I have not experienced anything 'bad' at my company. Any issues that I have had are part and parcel to working in the professional arena

    • Legacy is a big issue. Enterprise can also be quite slow-moving compared to smaller companies.

    • I do not have a clear career progression. No one has talked to me about how I move up in the company.

    • It's not easy to keep up with said changes all the time.
