In R&D, if you are good enough, you will rise, which is irrespective of the unrelated details mentioned above. Leave seems completely fine, though I do not know the situation for maternity leave or child care. Work is predominantly straight white males, but it is inclusive of all people. Equal opportunity, not equal outcome.

Have significant involvement with programs to encourage girls into STEM (often see lots of school students walking through the office participating in activities). Company has a big emphasis on not demonising the HR (People and Culture) department so that people can feel free to raise issues with them.

TechnologyOne is extremely diverse in every way. My team alone has 6 nationalities and a mix of both men and women. There are 10 people in Brisbane and a whole team in Vietnam
