The salary is competitive, however there are no bonuses or share purchase schemes for instance which could be improved.

Great pay for a graduate position - it will steadily increase over the next few years.

The pay I am on is for a graduate developer, it is standard and immutable. It is not high or low so nothing exciting to report, though the other perks of the job do raise it above what that pay is.

The pay is good and generally to industry standard, so far. I don't know how raises and options for bonuses will work on a longer term employment basis.

As this is my first year out of uni, the salary they give for graduates is incredible. It is on par with jobs like the government. The only downside is that only some departments have the option to earn more, through bonuses etc. I do not work for one of these departments

More bonuses would be cool - It would be sweet if we got a small share of the company's profits at the end of the year as a bonus.
