The salary is competitive, however there are no bonuses or share purchase schemes for instance which could be improved.

The pay I am on is for a graduate developer, it is standard and immutable. It is not high or low so nothing exciting to report, though the other perks of the job do raise it above what that pay is.

graduate programmers are paid average starting salary, but increases yearly by a generous amount for three years.

The pay is good and generally to industry standard, so far. I don't know how raises and options for bonuses will work on a longer term employment basis.

As this is my first year out of uni, the salary they give for graduates is incredible. It is on par with jobs like the government. The only downside is that only some departments have the option to earn more, through bonuses etc. I do not work for one of these departments

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
The recreational areas include a pool table, racing sim and consoles with ample seating. Friday afternoons are reserved for social hour this helps people connect with each other and relax after a hard week at work keeping the great atmosphere, free drinks and snacks are also nice.
