Working Hours at TechnologyOne

The company offers work from home for my role if I am too sick or have other commitments. Hours are 8 hours a day however the starting and end time of those 8 hours are flexible to a degree.

The hours are relatively flexible, but I would love opportunities to work from home as sitting at a desk for 8 hours is not great for my productivity levels.

Flexibility is key. You are allowed to work between 7am and 7pm, as long as you hit 40 hours a week.

TechnologyOne is very flexible - if you're a morning person, you can come in at 6am and leave at 2pm if that suits your team.

Very flexible. Personally i choose to come in early and leave a bit earlier and there is no problem with that, some people come in later in the morning and leave later in the evening. They are always very flexible if you have things outside of work that may require you to take some time off here and there

Reasonably flexible in when you work them, but they are often really long - there is a constant pressure to get stuff done quickly when customers are having issues.

I manage my own time, as long as I get my work done.

We work normal full time hours. The general rule is to work between 7am and 7pm (8 hours between these times), but we are not restricted. For instance, if we had to stay late or come in early to get something done, that is totally fine

Work hours are flexible, so I have no fixed start and end time and this is very good. I do tend to spend longer at work than I would like, as there is always so much to do and get done.

I work from 9-5, with an hour lunch break :) I can start from 7-10am, and leave earlier if needed.
