The role:

We are currently looking for a Leasing Paralegal to join our Adelaide Property team. You will be working directly with a Partner and a range of lawyers in an excellent team, with the opportunity to have a variety of work and a degree of autonomy.
Candidates should have:

• Strong organisational and file management skills;
• Strong communication skills including the ability to work directly with clients;
• An eye for detail, strong service orientation and enthusiastic approach to your work;
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team;
• Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel; and
• Proficiency using FileSite or similar document management system is beneficial.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience as a paralegal in a property practice or be a recent graduate with interest in gaining exposure to property law.
