The role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Manager to support our national Business Development team from our Sydney office. This is a fast paced position, working in a busy team on a variety of marketing and business development tasks.

Including:

• Assisting to administer and drive business development plans across legal areas
• Sourcing matter information from legal teams
• Assisting in completing legal directories and submissions
• Updating and maintaining contact lists and contact details
• Coordination of logistics and administration for events including collating RSVPs and attendee lists and name tag creation
• Maintaining promotional stock levels
• Website and intranet content updates including uploading firm blogs and alerts via our website management system
• Layout and formatting of high quality internal and external communications
• Providing administrative support to the marketing and business development team
• Keeping up to date with industry guides and updating stakeholders when necessary

Requirements:

Ideally we are looking for:

• Diligence in your work with strong attention to detail
• Lots of initiative and the ability to problem solve
• Microsoft suite skills
• A team player
• The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
• A strong focus on service delivery
• A Law and Journalism degree is desirable
