Be yourself - culture is important within any organisation and it is critical for both the applicant and the business that new employees are suited, or can be adapted into, the working environment within the office. For employees to thrive and develop, this engagement is important. Research into the company, our service offering, and our position within the market and industry is important. Typically, cadets and graduates have difficulty understanding the role that a client-side PM has in the project hierarchy. Demonstration of this understanding is advantageous to the employer.
