Quite flexible. For example, if you come in a bit later and stay a bit later it's not an issue at all - some employees also choose to come in at maybe 730 and leave at 4 - employees do unpaid overtime as required

Extra hours worked may not be paid out as overtime however is recognised by my line manager and taken into consideration when I might have a morning appointment or etc.
